It’s never too early to book your key wedding vendors. If you want to secure the best venue, event planner, photographer and band for your wedding day then you need to book them as soon as you can.
From an entertainment perspective, we recommend you secure your band one and a half years in advance. Especially if your wedding date is on a Saturday night in the summer or fall.

The better the band, the faster they book. That’s why our availability is much more limited with less than a year to go.
Even talented musical ensembles book up fast. That’s why we suggest you secure your ceremony and cocktail musicians at least a year in advance as well.
Once you secure a solid team of vendors, allow them to take the reins while you take a breath and enjoy the rest of the ride. After all, wedding planning should be fun!
